Job Summary

We are seeking a smart and professional Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Keeping records, scheduling appointments, and handling clerical tasks.
  • Manage front desk sales and multiple tasks.
  • Ensuring the reception area is well-organized and presentable.
    • Assisting internal teams with administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is an advantage.
  • Must reside within Kubwa and have good knowledge of the area.
    • Must be trustworthy, dependable, and willing to work with start-up businesses.

Remuneration: NGN 75,000 - 80,000
