Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. As the Logistics Manager at FlexiQuest Logistics Limited, you will oversee the planning and execution of our logistics operations, ensuring that every errand and task is completed seamlessly. From transportation to inventory management, youll drive efficiency, uphold our commitment to reliability, and lead our team in delivering exceptional service—one errand at a time.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage logistics operations, including transportation, storage, and delivery, tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery for Nigerians abroad.
• Lead and inspire a team of logistics coordinators, drivers, and support staff to execute tasks with accuracy and care.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners to guarantee timely and reliable task completion.
• Use logistics data and KPIs to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, demand forecasting, and inventory control to support our unique service model.
Address operational challenges swiftly to maintain our promise of dependability.

Requirements:

• Two (2)years of proven experience in logistics or supply chain management (experience in personalized or small-scale logistics is a plus).
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering collaboration. - Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to diverse client requests.
• Knowledge of transportation and warehousing regulations, both local and international.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Certifications like APICS, CPIM, or Lean Six Sigma are an advantage
