Location: Ibadan

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: ₦80,000 - ₦100,000

Job Summary:

Were looking for an HR Personnel to manage human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will foster a positive work environment and support workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process.

- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

- Support performance management and staff development initiatives.

- Oversee payroll and benefits administration.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in HR roles.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
