Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven, tech-savvy Group Managing Director (GMD) to oversee operations, drive growth, and lead a team of 11 managers, the COO, and the Head of Operations. Reporting directly to the Executive Managing Director/CEO, the GMD will focus on achieving two core objectives: expanding land sales from 40 to 100 hectares annually and
