The Inventory Officer will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate management of the organizations warehouse and store inventory. This includes maintaining precise records, monitoring stock levels, optimizing inventory strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The Inventory Officer will play an important role in supporting the organizations supply chain operations and contributing to overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock counts and audits.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and plan stock replenishment.
  • Oversee inventory storage and organization to ensure easy accessibility and proper handling.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
