Job Title: Space Manager

Location: Yaba,Lagos

Job Summary: As our Space Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coworking space. As the face of the business, you will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and productive environment. This role requires excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills, with opportunities for professional development and training.

Responsibilities:

· Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints, including handling customers with patience and professionalism.

· Participate in ongoing training opportunities to enhance skills in customer service, operations, and marketing.

· Stay updated on industry trends to improve member experience.

· Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including billing, membership records, and scheduling.

Requirements:

· Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

· Experience in customer service, office management, or coworking space operations is a plus.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management.

Salary:

  • N200,000.00 - N300,000.00
