Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the organizations goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage the communications team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of communication initiatives.
• Oversee public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communication.
• Ensure effective internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Protect and enhance the organizations brand and reputation through consistent messaging and branding efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, industry partners, and government
• Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various channels, including social media, websites, and newsletters.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed to improve outcomes.

Requirements:

• A bachelors degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field; a masters degree is often preferred.
• Extensive experience in communications, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in digital communication tools.
