Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Prepare forecasts and KPIs for the Sales team,
• Market the company and its products to prospective clients
• Conduct site inspections and provide appropriate information to prospective buyers
• Keep on top of industry trends and make insightful contributions to the sales strategy
• Respond to inquiries and queries from clients
• Create brand awareness
• Advise clients on suitable investment opportunities
• Support subscribers through the entire sale process and ensure complete and timely payments
• Serve as a point of contact for buyers and external marketers
Contribute to the departments monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

Requirements:

• B.Sc or HND academic qualification
• Minimum of 5 years prior experience in the real estate sector
• Ability to explain complex information simply and clearly
• Research and analytical skills
• The ability to network and relate with clients
• Time management
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Proven ability to work in a team to achieve targets
• Target-driven mindset
• Customer service and decision-making skills
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and investment opportunities,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in sales/ marketing position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations.
• Proficient in negotiation and influencing techniques to close deals effectively.
• Established a network within the real estate industry for potential partnerships and client acquisition.
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth.
