Job Description

The Store Manager at Seinde Signature will oversee daily store operations, ensuring an exceptional luxury shopping experience while driving sales and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a high-performing retail team, maintain brand standards, optimize inventory, and create a seamless customer experience. The Store Manager will act as the bridge between the retail team and senior management, ensuring that business goals, sales targets, and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing shopping environment.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle all store administrative duties, including reporting, scheduling, and staff performance tracking.

Sales & Revenue Generation

Skills & Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, sales, or store management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and managing a successful retail team.
  • Experience in the beauty, fragrance, or luxury industry is a strong advantage.
