We are focused on revolutionizing the agricultural sector through cutting-edge technology, sustainable practices, and data-driven solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Product and Operations Lead to join our dynamic team and drive the successful implementation of our products and operational strategies.

Role Overview: The Product and Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in the development, execution, and optimization of both our product offerings and internal operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about technology solutions and can effectively balance product innovation with operational excellence. You will work closely with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the needs of customers and stakeholders while maintaining seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Development: Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring the development of high-quality, customer-centric agritech solutions. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate customer feedback and market trends into actionable product features.
• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the companys workflows, processes, and resources are aligned with the mission and strategic goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment between product development and customer needs. Act as the bridge between product teams and operational teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making, improve product performance, and streamline operations. Continuously assess product and operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Sustainability Focus: Ensure that product development and operations are in line with sustainable agricultural practices, contributing to both the growth of the company and positive environmental impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in product management, operations, or a similar role, ideally within the agritech, ecommerce, technology, or sustainability sectors.
• Strong understanding of the agricultural industry, including the challenges and opportunities in modern farming.
• Proven ability to lead product development processes, from concept to delivery, in an agile environment.
• Demonstrated experience in optimizing operational workflows, supply chain management, and resource allocation.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or any project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• A passion for sustainability, with a desire to drive meaningful change in agriculture.
