Sales and Marketing Executive (Hybrid or Remote)

Overview:A growing business is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in following up with leads, converting prospects into paying customers, and driving business revenue growth. The Sales Representative will play a key role in promoting products and services, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and expanding customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels, maintaining consistent communication to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Convert leads into paying customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business and customer referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance metrics.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our offerings.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies to improve conversion rates and optimize the sales process.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and provide insights into business growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of converting leads into paying customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with prospects and clients.
• Persuasive, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and sales activities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cold calling, lead follow-up, and outbound sales preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦450,000.00 per month
