Job Title: HR/Admin Head

Reports to: Managing Director/CEO

Work mode: Onsite (Monday to Saturday)

Location: Isolo

Experience: 10 years minimum

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR/Admin Head to lead our human resources and administrative functions at our manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing administrative operations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Functions:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies to align with business objectives.

2. Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

3. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

4. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

5. Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.

6. Manage employee data, including attendance, leave, and performance records.

Administrative Functions:

1. Manage administrative operations, including office management, travel arrangements, and logistics.

2. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

3. Manage vendor relationships, including contracts and procurement.

4. Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures.

5. Manage the administration budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Manufacturing Sector Specific:

1. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

2. Manage employee training programs for manufacturing operations.

3. Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations.

4. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

3. Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and administrative processes.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

6. Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements.

Desirable:

1. Certification in HR, such as SHRM or HRCI, CiPM.

2. Experience with HRIS and other administrative software.

3. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
