If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk! We are looking for a versatile and result-oriented Marketing specialist to be our Digital Engagement Officer.

Zest Entrepreneurship & Leadership Academy (ZELA) is an integrated business support organization. Our aim is to provide scalable digitization with efficient support for our subsidiary businesses to grow.

As our Digital Engagement Officer, you will be an instrumental part of the team tasked with implementing marketing strategies that attract, nurture and ultimately convert. This position will be focused on the planning and execution of our digital advertising campaigns, search engine optimization, as well as the measurement and reporting of these activities from end-to-end.

Responsibilities

· Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, other third-party ad sources (such as editorial sites)

· Lead our online communication strategies, build community engagement, and enhance our brands digital presence.

· Manage our digital channels, creating engaging content, and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.

· Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives

· Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns

· Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities

· Monitor and respond to online conversations, ensuring timely and meaningful engagement with followers.

· Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums

· Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs

· Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests

Requirements

· Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business administration or similar field

· Proven experience in managing social media and digital engagement campaigns (2 years minimum).

· Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with an eye for visual storytelling.

· Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and email marketing software.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong analytical skills to interpret engagement metrics and make data-driven decisions.

· Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong time management and organizational abilities
