About Us: E-Top Limited is an electronic payment solution provider, dedicated to changing the way you pay for goods and services. We harness the best technologies and offer them to our strategic partners, making payments easier for everyone.

Our Lagos office is located at 309A, Island Way, Dolphin, Ikoyi, Lagos.

Role: General Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all business activities.

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company goals.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results.

Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Monitor industry trends and stay ahead of the competition by identifying new opportunities.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within the fintech or electronic payments industry.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strategic thinker with a track record of achieving business goals.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
