We are seeking a skilled Chef to oversee meal preparation, ensure high-quality food standards, and manage kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking, creativity in menu planning, and experience handling kitchen staff and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare high-quality meals according to set menus or client preferences.
  • Ensure food presentation, taste, and portion control meet established standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
  • Develop new recipes and adjust menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
  • Monitor food costs and minimize waste while maximizing efficiency.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or private residence.
  • Culinary certification or relevant training is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and international cuisines.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
