- Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred in the education sector, with a track record of success in driving business growth and managing complex operations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, with a deep understanding of the Nigerian education landscape.
- Strong business acumen, including financial management, budgeting, and business development skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
