Job Summary

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support and assistance to our clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

  • Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve complaints effectively by identifying issues and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist customers with product or service information and updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns.
