Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Certified Accountant to improve our efficiency and maximise the Profitability of our company. Candidate should have at least 2 years cognate experience in financial accounting roles and relevant knowledge of accounting software.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile account payables and receivables transactions.
  • Manage accounting transactions
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax and other statutory returns on a timely basis.
  • Prepare and analyse financial performance reports.
  • Ensure timely generation and rendition of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and other reports required by management.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of the various general ledger accounts, ensuring in-depth investigation of errors and their prompt resolution.
  • Assist in monitoring and ensuring adequate control over financial administration, expenditure, and assets management across all departments.
    • Prepare and present monthly financial reports including monthly profit and loss by division, and weekly cash flow by division.

Requirements:

  • BSC / HND in Accounting.
  • ICAN Certification is required
  • Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in financial accounting processes.
