Job Location: Abule-egba, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for experienced Customer service personnel with Technical support

Responsibilities

  • Act as Go to Person between customers and the company regarding After Sales Services (Sales and Technical).
  • Experience with Email communication, customer relations software
  • Develop and sustain customer loyalty.
  • Work with various Team Leads to address customer issues.
  • Follow up on customers inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Follow up and improve the onboarding process on customer projects.
  • Manage our Customer Support Channels.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • B.Sc / HND in any discipline from a recognized institution
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must be an expert in IT especially excel
  • Must be able to deal with multinational organizations
  • Must be able to draft proposals for multinational organizations
  • Must Reside in Lagos.
