Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant (NYSC) to support our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will work closely with our marketing and program teams to implement creative strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Manage and update Mate Africas social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Develop engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored to each platform.
Monitor trends and analytics to optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.

Content Creation:

• Write, edit, and publish blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to create content for promotional materials and events.
Assist in photography and video production for campaigns and events.

Digital Campaigns:

• Assist in planning, implementing, and tracking online marketing campaigns.
Use tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms to drive traffic and conversions.

Website Management:

• Regularly update and maintain the companys website content.
Work with web developers to ensure optimal user experience and functionality.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
Prepare and present regular reports on marketing KPIs to management.

Event Promotion:

• Support marketing efforts for trade fairs, exhibitions, and webinars hosted by Mate Africa Concept.
Develop and execute digital strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Currently serving NYSC in Nigeria.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, analytics tools, and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
