Location: Abuja Job Type: Full-Time Experience:2-3 years Package: ₦120,000 net monthly + commission Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Abuja. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling medical equipment, with a focus on laboratory or hospital equipment. This role is essential for managing sales in your designated territory, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and consistently achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management: Drive and expand sales within the Abuja territory.
• Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and laboratory professionals.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, emphasizing the features and benefits of medical equipment.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed both monthly and annual sales targets while enhancing the visibility of our products in the market.
• Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities and create strategies to engage potential clients.
• Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Industry Knowledge: Stay current on the latest trends, innovations, and developments in medical technology and products.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in medical equipment sales, particularly in laboratory or hospital equipment, or experience with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology and the healthcare industry.
• Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, meet sales goals, and address client needs effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
