Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives within the packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of packaging solutions, market trends, and strong industry connections. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.

• Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships, sales channels, and market segments.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Sales & Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

• Lead negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions with clients.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Product & Market Expansion:

• Work closely with the product development team to introduce new packaging solutions that meet market demands.

• Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies for maintaining a competitive edge.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Operational & Financial Management:

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, and supply chain) to optimize business operations.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role within the packaging industry.

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends.
