Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Trainee Developmental Therapist to join our growing ABA early intervention clinic. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and work directly with young children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental delays.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : No Experience
  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the direct supervision of behaviour analysts.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in clinic, home, and/or community settings.
  • Collect and record accurate data on each childs progress.
  • Assist in preparing therapy materials and maintaining a clean and organized therapy environment.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
  • Follow all ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.
    • Build rapport with children and their families.

Requirements:

  • BSc. in Psychology, Child Education, Counselling or similar field of study
  • 0-1 year experience in this position
