The Role We are in need of Sales Outreach Specialists who can proactively engage customers, recover abandoned carts, and drive conversions through strategic communication. Role Overview As an E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers while also identifying sales opportunities and converting leads into purchases. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless shopping experience while maximizing revenue. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to customers via email, SMS, and live chat to encourage purchases.
- Recover abandoned carts by following up with potential buyers.
- Guide customers through product selections and recommend upsells.
- Provide top-notch customer service and resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.
Compensation & Benefits
- Candidates who are selected for outbound sales roles will receive a rate of $5/hour plus commissions)

- At least 1 year of experience in sales

- A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
