This role is critical to driving the transformation and revitalization of our company in the assigned country. As the Commercial Manager, you will lead our sales and commercial operations to restore market share, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive financial growth. By developing innovative strategies, optimizing operations, and fostering a customer-centric culture, you will build and lead a high-performing team that delivers measurable results across financial, operational, customer, and innovation performance domains in Nigeria and Cameroon Market.

Responsibilities
1. Financial Growth and Revenue Management:
- Achieve or exceed company revenue targets.
- Develop and execute revenue-generating strategies to achieve or exceed financial performance goals.
- Maximize profitability through innovative product and service launches, strategic upselling, and targeting underserved customer segments.
- Ensure ROI-driven financial planning and budgeting for commercial initiatives.
2. Market Expansion:
- Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in identifying ways to diversify product offerings to address different customer needs, both in urban and rural areas.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand our presence in Cote DIvoire

- Develop and diversify offerings to meet the evolving demands of the market.
3. Customer-Centric Transformation:
- Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
- Tailor solutions to address the unique needs of each customer segment.
- Introduce innovative customer engagement strategies, leveraging feedback and market insights.
4. Brand Positioning and Marketing:
- Collaborate with the CCO to strengthen the companys brand presence in the country through targeted marketing campaigns.

5. Operational Excellence:

8. Stakeholder Management and Relationship Management:
- Establish long-term relationships with key clients, government bodies, and industry stakeholders in the region.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, partners, and customers.

9. Financial Planning and Budgeting:

- Analyze financial performance and return on investment (ROI) for commercial and sales development initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Masters or relevant postgraduate qualification would be an added advantage.
- 5-8 years of experience in senior commercial leadership roles, with at least 2 years in a team lead, supervisory, managerial role, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience managing or driving commercial or sales within the country of assignment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial turnarounds and deliver measurable results.
- Strong experience in negotiating and managing high-value partnerships, joint ventures, and contracts.
- Ability to develop and implement long-term commercial and sales strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Excellent understanding of the telecommunications industry in the region, particularly mobile, broadband, and digital services would be highly considered
