As an Investment Associate, youll play a role in supporting our clients private equity team across all stages of the investment lifecycle. From analyzing potential deals to contributing to portfolio management, youll be part of a dynamic and results-driven team. Your Responsibilities...

• You will source and evaluating investment opportunities across various sectors.
• You will conduct detailed financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to support investment decisions.
• You will help prepare investment materials, including detailed memoranda for presentation to the investment committee.
• You will support deal execution by managing transaction documents, coordinating with advisors, and ensuring timely progress.
• You will monitor portfolio company performance, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities for value creation.
• You will assist in preparing portfolio companies for exit strategies, including sales or IPOs.
You will collaborate with senior team members to refine and execute the firms investment strategies.

To be considered, you should have...

• A bachelors degree in finance, economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 2â3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
High integrity and professionalism with a collaborative work style.
