Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3 years minimum experience as a Production Manager in the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Must have tailoring skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in production management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
