Key Responsibilities

? Market Expansion & Competitor Analysis: Identify new business opportunities and craft strategies to outperform industry rivals.

? Sales & Lead Generation: Develop a robust sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and close high-value deals.

? Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with customers, security professionals, and distributors to ensure brand loyalty.

? Product Positioning: Effectively communicate the unique value propositions of Mul-T-Lock and Superdoor Nigeria to clients.

? Industry & Competitor Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends, analyze competitor offerings, and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

? Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales approaches, including digital outreach and direct client engagement.

? Technical & Product Knowledge: Conduct product demonstrations, train customers, and provide post-sales support to enhance user experience.

Job Requirements

✅ Industry Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably in Manufacturing, FMCGs, security doors, or related fields.

✅ Sales & Business Acumen: Strong ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and achieve revenue targets.

✅ Competitive Edge: Knowledge of competitor strategies and ability to position our products advantageously.

✅ Excellent Communication & Persuasion Skills to engage and convert prospects.

✅ Tech-Savvy Approach: Familiarity with digital marketing and emerging security technologies.

✅ Results-Driven Mindset: Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a competitive market.
