This is a part-time on-site role for Course Facilitators at School of Estate in Lagos. The Course Facilitators will be responsible for delivering specialized business training in real estate and estate management, educating and empowering participants with practical and theoretical knowledge, and enhancing their understanding of the real estate market in Nigeria. We are seeking registered/chartered Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ESVs), Engineers, Builders, Accountants, Lawyers, ICT and Finance Experts with at least 3 years post qualification practical experience to join us as facilitators.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate engaging and interactive sessions for students in one or more of the following courses:
Real Estate as a Business
Negotiation Skills in Real Estate
Real Estate Law and Documentation
How to Count Your Money
Alternative Dispute Resolution in Real Estate
Social Media and ICT Use in Real Estate
International Real Estate Agency
Introduction to International Real Estate Investment
Strategies, Structures, Systems, and Networks in Real Estate
Planning and Surveying Fundamentals
Introduction to Real Estate Finance
Provide practical insights from your professional experience.
2. Design course materials and activities to enhance learning outcomes.
3. Serve as a mentor to aspiring real estate professionals.
Qualifications
Must be a registered/chartered/qualified Estate Surveyor and Valuer (ESV), Engineers, Builders, Accountants, Lawyers, ICT and Finance Experts
Minimum of 3 years post qualification professional experience in real estate and related practice.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering growth in the real estate sector.
Knowledge of Real Estate and Estate Management principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in curriculum design and delivery
Ability to engage and inspire students
