Our client is a fast-growing experiential marketing agency in Lagos that handles several multinational accounts having been recognized for excellent delivery and their capacity to provide lasting value, they are well positioned to dominate the experiential industry. Due to expansion, they are in need of an Accounts Manager.JOB DESCRIPTION:As the Accounts Manager will work closely with all departments and act as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to accounts. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and grow multiple brand accounts, focusing on experiential marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with all client touchpoints.
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign goals with client expectations.
  • Strategize and present compelling plans for client growth, leveraging both macro and micro data.
  • Champion the organizations policies and SOPs, ensuring their consistent application.
  • across all departments and projects.
  • Implement and oversee efficient internal processes and procedures, ensuring a high level of accuracy and decorum in all operations.
  • Establish engagement and execution processes.
  • Create feedback loops within teams and departments to inform status and continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong client relationships, coordinate dynamic marketing campaigns, and drive accounts growth.
  • Drive innovative marketing solutions and client success.
  • Clearly align, support and execute the agency strategic plan and goals across all departments and staff.
  • Successful implementation of strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in brand management or client service, with a strong
  • focus on experiential marketing.
  • Experience in a marketing agency or related field is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and daily Key Account Management tasks.
  • Exceptional project management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
