Mods Salon, a dynamic beauty company that is fast growing is looking for a Front-Desk Manager.

Key responsibilities:

-Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.

-Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized booking systems.

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle emails professionally

- Address clients concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction

- Coordinates with stylists and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

- Provide administrative support as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₦120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lekki: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
