We are seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Marketer that would be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling content, including property listings, market trends, virtual tours, client testimonials, and neighborhood highlights tailored to various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Create and maintain a detailed content calendar, incorporating seasonal trends and market updates.
  • Manage and optimize the firms social media profiles to enhance visibility and brand consistency.
  • Post regular updates about new listings, open houses, price reductions, and other key announcements.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, inquiries, and messages promptly to build trust and rapport.
  • Design and execute social media campaigns aimed at attracting buyers, sellers and investors.
  • Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Google to drive leads and promote listings.
  • Research and analyze real estate trends, market reports, and competitors to identify opportunities for unique content.
  • Share relevant market insights with the audience to position the firm as an authority in in real estate.
  • Work closely with agents, realtors and brokers to showcase their listings and expertise.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of paid advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and lead generation techniques.
  • Strong communication, writing, and design skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize innovative campaigns.
  • Knowledge of real estate trends and local market dynamics.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate marketing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva and video editing software.
