CCNP Certified Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated CCNP Certified Network Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking concepts, excellent troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience with Cisco devices and technologies. The role will focus on maintaining, designing, and optimizing network infrastructure, ensuring smooth, efficient, and secure network operations.

The CCNP Certified Engineer will work with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to ensure the integrity of our network environment and contribute to network improvements and upgrades.

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and efficient networks using Cisco technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to plan and deploy network solutions for new sites, expansions, or upgrades.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems, network congestion, and routing discrepancies.
• Provide advanced-level technical support for network-related issues.
• Use network monitoring tools to proactively identify issues and provide solutions.
• Perform network assessments and audits to optimize performance and ensure network scalability.
• Conduct network performance tuning for minimal latency and maximum throughput.
• Implement network security policies, configure firewalls, and manage VPN technologies.
• Monitor for potential security vulnerabilities and recommend necessary patching or configuration changes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, topologies, and incident reports.
• Provide regular reports on network performance, uptime, and improvements.
• Work closely with the IT support team, security team, and other stakeholders to ensure network continuity.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist in knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Utilize network monitoring systems (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG) to ensure 24/7 network health.
• Schedule and execute regular network maintenance, firmware updates, and upgrades.
