Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to promote products and engage with customers.
  • Create high-quality, visually appealing content (photos, videos, and written posts) tailored to the companys product range and target audience.
  • Monitor social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn) for trends, analytics, and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with the design and production team to highlight new products and production processes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and manage relationships with retail partners, distributors, and direct consumers.
