Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to design, develop, and implement innovative technical solutions that address business challenges and drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner, collaborating with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals while ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end technology solutions based on business requirements and technical constraints.
• Define system architecture, components, and integrations, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams during project execution.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance system performance.
• Create and maintain detailed architecture documentation, including diagrams, workflows, and design specifications.
• Establish and enforce best practices for design, development, and deployment processes.
• Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Proactively identify potential system bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact and integration.
• Drive innovation by proposing new solutions and strategies to improve business outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to security, compliance, and system reliability.
Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Systems Architect, for at least 4 years.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Expertise in system integration, APIs, microservices architecture, and database design.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python and Java).
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
