ABOUT:

Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Development and Relationship Manager to spearhead financial growth by crafting and executing a robust growth strategy, increasing sales, and cultivating strong, lasting relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Customer Acquisition and will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to identify client needs and ensure their requirements are effectively met. This role is pivotal in driving the organizations expansion and establishing enduring partnerships.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
• Develop and monitor KPIs aligned with growth objectives.
• Actively identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
• Foster partnerships that align with the brands mission and values.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement customer-focused campaigns.
• Provide insights on customer needs to inform product development and service offerings.
• Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
• Analyze customer feedback to refine product and service offerings.
• Identify opportunities for innovation within the brands ecosystem.
• Prepare detailed reports on growth strategies, sales activities, and customer engagement metrics.
Leverage data to improve decision-making and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year in Business Development, Relationship Management, or Sales roles, preferably in a lifestyle or creative industry.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition and driving sales growth.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and building customer-centric strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics platforms is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused and results-driven mindset.
