We are seeking an experienced content creator for our social media platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring our pages stay authentic, with a human feel as a beauty tech app.
If you have a flair for video content, camera savvy and know what it takes to navigate social media platforms to have significant results organically with content, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a tailored social media strategy that aligns with Salunis brand identity and marketing goals.
Focus on platform-specific strategies to grow followers, enhance engagement, and drive conversions across X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Content Creation: Create and write engaging, relevant content for daily distribution across TikTok, X, Instagram, and Facebook Stories.
Act as the brands face, appearing in front-facing videos that align with modern content trends.
- Social Media Management: Oversee daily posting, scheduling, and management of all social media accounts to optimize reach and engagement.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor and moderate social media channels to provide timely responses to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Ensure high-quality customer support to service enquiries received across social media platform
- Social Listening: Monitor to position Saluni as a thought leader in the beauty industry by initiating and participating in online conversations about beauty and personal grooming.
- Communication: Represent the brand professionally in all online communications, maintaining Salunis reputation and voice.
- Campaigns: Collaborate on brands ad campaigns to boost brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Growth Manager and general team, attending meetings and sharing updates to ensure strategic alignment and role effectiveness.
Mandatories
- Accessibility: Be readily available during work hours for communication, collaboration, and quick response to team and platform needs.
Preferred qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management
- Proven success in growth social media pages on Tiktok, Instagram and X
- Strong proficiency in content development (ideation, writing, shooting and editing)
- Experience in the beauty industry is a plus

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
