- A merchandising conglomerate with head office in Lagos and four Zonal offices in other geo-political zones requires the services of a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive Assistant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings and travels.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls and other correspondence.
- Draft, proofread and edit documents, presentations and reports.
- Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients and external stakeholders.
- Assist in research and provide insights to help executives make informed decisions.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and track follow-up actions.
- Assist with or manage special projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Identify and implement improvements to administrative systems and processes.
- Represent the executive in internal or external meetings when required.
Educational Qualification and Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines. Professional qualification would be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in executive or administrative support roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with office management tools and technologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle complex situations and make sound decisions.
- A strong sense of ethics and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
