Summer Internships 2025 - Life Sciences Embark on a transformative life science internship experience at Siemens Healthineers (SHS), starting Summer 2024. We are actively seeking Life Science majors to join our dynamic teams, contribute to impactful projects, and elevate your skills in the field of medical devices and biomedical technology. Position : Life Science Intern Duration: 10-12 weeks Start Dates: June 2 and June 16 Eligibility: Open to currently enrolled Bachelor degree students, with a preference for rising juniors or seniors. Work Type: Hybrid (in-office & remote) Siemens Healthineers is at the forefront of medical devices and biomedical technology industry. Our internship program offers a distinctive project-based structure, providing interns with opportunities to engage in projects within one of our various business units: Varian, Molecular Imaging, Diagnostics, Point-of-Care, Endovascular Robotics, and Customer Sales & Service. Intern Responsibilities

• Use your hands-on knowledge and skills to participate in multiple phases of our Research, Design & Development processes.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to address project requirements and challenges.
• Deliver presentations, ensuring effective communication of project findings to peers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed coursework relevant to major in the life sciences
• Hands-on experience with relevant tools.
• You are science-minded, ask questions and challenge conventional wisdom.
• Exceptional problem-solving and Reasoning skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Solid grasp of general STEM fundamentals, mathematics, physics, material properties.
Current enrollment in an accredited degree program with intention to return to school upon completion of the internship.
