Location: Gbagada, Lagos.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to assist in managing and tracking project requests, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and timely task completion. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong multitasking abilities, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in project management within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project requests and ensuring seamless communication between clients, internal teams, and project stakeholders.

• Support various departments (Tech, Creative, Marketing, etc.) in tracking project progress and identifying potential bottlenecks.

• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables to enhance transparency and accountability.

• Utilize Google Workspace tools for project organization, documentation, and communication.

• Monitor multiple projects simultaneously, helping to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Prepare regular updates and reports on project statuses and outcomes for stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Completion of NYSC is required.

• Previous internship or relevant experience in project coordination is a plus, especially in a tech or creative agency.

• Proficiency in Project management tools and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail).

• Basic understanding of project management principles and familiarity with project tracking tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
