Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Abuja (with potential travel to North Eastern Nigeria)

PAY: ₦250,000

Experience: 3-5 years

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will:

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and material take-offs for construction projects.
  • Manage project costs and ensure value for money.
  • Conduct site visits and monitor progress to ensure adherence to budget and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve cost-related issues.
  • Prepare and manage tender documents, contracts, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in a similar role.
  • Willingness to travel and work outside Abuja, including North Eastern Nigeria.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦220,000.00 - ₦260,000.00 per month
