Job Description

  • The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient workflows, and profitability.
  • Responsible for supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
  • Ensure smooth service delivery and manage workflow efficiency
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including chefs, servers, and kitchen staff.
  • Schedule shift and monitor employee performance.
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize profit margins
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing complaints and feedback
  • Monitor service quality and maintain high standards.
  • Create and manage budgets
  • Monitor food safety andhygiene standards.
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract customers
  • Organize special events or promotions to boost sales.

Requirement

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree qualification with 5 - 10 years of work experience.
