We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources (HR) Assistant to manage our HR functions. The HR Assistant will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be strategic, people-focused, and committed to driving organizational success through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the entire hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and feedback sessions.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Facilitate leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Regularly update employee handbooks, contracts, and policies as needed.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee compensation structures.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments to stay competitive.
- HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Maintain HR metrics and prepare reports on employee turnover, engagement, and performance.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement HR strategies.
- Health, Safety, and Well-Being:
- Promote workplace safety and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Develop initiatives to support employee well-being and mental health.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Supervise HR staff and provide mentorship and guidance.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management on organizational development.
