Job Description/Requirements

Job Title : Human Resources Manager. Location: Port Harcourt Salary:- 300 - 500k Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: Were looking for a seasoned HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar industry and be able to navigate the unique challenges of a dredging company. Key Responsibilities: *Recruitment and Talent Management* 1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. 2. Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. 3. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs. *Bidding and tendering* 1. Bid and tender for jobs in the company. 2. Good relationship management with companies *Compliance* 1. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. 2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance. 3. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance. *HR Operations* 1. Manage HR-related administrative tasks, including record-keeping, reporting, and data analysis. 2. Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards Requirements: *Education and Certifications* 1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPM) *Experience* 1. Minimum 3- 5years of experience in HR, preferably in the maritime or dredging industry. 2. Proven track record of success in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration. *Skills and Knowledge* 1.
