Job Overview:Our FMCG client is seeking an experienced Inventory Auditor to join their team in Lagos & Portharcourt . This role is crucial in ensuring inventory accuracy, minimizing discrepancies, and improving overall stock control efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ✔ Conduct regular audits of stock levels, reconciliations, and inventory accuracy.
  • ✔ Identify variances and implement corrective actions to prevent losses.
  • ✔ Ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures.
  • ✔ Collaborate with warehouse and finance teams to improve inventory processes.
  • ✔ Generate detailed audit reports and recommend process improvements.
  • ✔ Monitor stock movements and assess risks related to inventory control.

Requirements:

  • ✔ Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • ✔ Minimum of 3-5 years experience in inventory auditing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • ✔ Professional certification such as ACCA, CIPS, or a relevant supply chain certification is an added advantage.
  • ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ✔ Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.✔ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.✔ Strong communication and reporting skills.
