Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Salary: ₦300,000

Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in driving our sales and marketing efforts.The Sales Coordinator will oversee and support the team of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), manage direct sales activities, and drive volume growth in the FMCG sector. This role requires general knowledge of digital marketing, copywriting, and cold emailing, with strong organizational skills to analyze and present reports effectively

Job Responsibilities :

Direct Sales Agent (DSA) Management :

• Train, and manage a team of DSAs to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and evaluate DSA performance through regular performance reviews.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to DSAs to enhance their sales skills.

Sales and Marketing Coordination :

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Assist in creating compelling marketing materials, including product descriptions, sales presentations, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate promotional activities, such as product launches, sampling events, and trade shows.

Reporting and Analysis :

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track and analyze customer data to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.

Customer Relationship Management :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in volume sales.
• Understanding of digital marketing, copywriting, and cold emailing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
