Job Description: Business Development Manager

Client: Real Estate

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Salary: 300,000

About the role: The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving our growth by creating and selling real estate and investment products, engaging potential clients and investors, and building long-lasting relationships that foster trust and collaboration. The role requires a unique blend of creativity, financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and hands-on leadership in front of the camera and during face-to-face client engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative financial and investment products that align with Urban Livings real estate and investment offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape offerings that appeal to investors and clients in the real estate industry.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth, including high- net-worth clients and institutional investors.
  • Develop, manage, and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Create and present professional investment pitches for potential clients and investors.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging trends in real estate, infrastructure development, and investment.
  • Provide clients and investors with expert financial insight and recommendations based on market data and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related Field.
  • A Specialized certification in Business Development or Real Estate Management is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, investment management, or a similar role within real estate, infrastructure, or finance.
  • Demonstrable experience in crafting financial products and investment pitches.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the industry
