Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Ozuoba, Port Harcourt

Business: Bakery/Confectionery

Salary: 150, 000 - 200,000

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview:

The Bakery Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the bakerys products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. The Marketing Manager will lead the sales and supply teams to ensure strong product awareness and customer satisfaction.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Create and manage the bakerys marketing budget.
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of marketers and van sales representatives
• Plan the distribution routes of the van sales representatives
• Manage customers and vendors

Requirements / Skill

• BSc/HND in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
• Strong knowledge of routes in Rivers State
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Port Harcourt: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• bakery sales: 2 years (Required)
