Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Present and promote company products and services to potential clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on sales leads and inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to effectively position The Rock Horticulture & Properties Ltd in the market.
Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, product improvements, and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the company
Must be based in or near Lekki, Lagos.
