About the Role:

Were seeking a creative Content Strategist/Content Assistant with 1-3 years of professional experience to join our team. Youll assist with planning, creating, and managing content that drives engagement and meets our goals. From helping us dominate with Twitter Spaces to brainstorming and shooting the next viral human-centric video content for social media, your job is to keep our content game strong with sharp content ideas and a hands-on execution approach. Bonus points if youre crypto-curious/already fluent in finance and have advertising/creative agency experience.

What Youll Do:

Ideate, draft out and manage the production of human-centric video content weekly.

Assist in brainstorming for and writing ad copy for campaigns, including emails, social media, push notifications, and blogs (internal and external).

Develop content strategies for organic growth across channels.

Champion our Twitter Spaces, helping to build topics, structure conversations, and keep the vibes right.

Brainstorm fresh, creative ideas during team sessions and actually turn them into something amazing.

Work physically to shoot (behind or in front of the camera), edit, and polish short social media/explainer videos using tools like CapCut and InShot.

Stay tuned into trends (both crypto and non-crypto) and leverage them for our audience.

Collaborate with the Lead Content Manager and the Growth Lead to align on strategy and goals.

Manage on-site content creation during office activities, sponsorships, and partnerships by capturing key moments and creating engaging, on-brand content.

Draw up strategy documents and content marketing ideas with ease. Be skilled in research, highly organised, and confident using Google Docs and Spreadsheets to present actionable plans clearly.

About You:

Youre creative, detail-oriented, and able to juggle more than one thing at a go.

You can write like a boss—whether its a witty ad copy or a professional LinkedIn content plan doc.

Basic video editing skills? Check. You know your way around CapCut, InShot, or similar tools.

Youre eloquent and confident in front of a camera.

You live on Lagos Island Ajah axis, so commuting to the office 1-2 times weekly isnt a big deal.

You have advertising/creative agency experience.
